Order Processing
Shipping * US Postal rates have increased as of January 27, 2013. The cost and method of shipping is as important as the quality craftsmanship of your handmade item. All items are packaged with care and use of recyclable materials when they are available. The averaged base cost of shipping for USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (1-3 days) is $12.35 and higher, up to 70 lbs. Express Mail (rush orders only) are averaged at $18.95 up to 70 lbs. Due to the increased shipping costs for everyone, most shipping will be through USPS Priority Mail at an average cost of $5.85 - $7.95 per order. Orders of more than one item will be processed by wieght and size of box.
Cancelling or Changing Orders Please notify by email immediately if you are cancelling or changing an order. While it is possible to change an order, there are times when an item has already shipped. If an item has been shipped, we will work with you to make arrangements for return of the items you ordered. Refunds Time to time something may go wrong, not fit quite right or not be the exact color you anticipated. Day Dreams fully understands these situations. Our policy is: Refunds or in store credit are provided on all purchases EXCEPT patterns, alterations and custom orders within 10 days of purchase. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact Day Dreams by email to make arrangements for a refund or exchange of an item of equal value (in store credit). |
