Shipping Rates

• I answer email orders and inquiries within several hours unless we are closed, at which time you will receive a response as soon as I am open again.
• We do not spam, sell or share email addresses.

Order Processing 

• Email or purchase your order through PayPal. Day Dreams accepts  PayPal Mobile.
• Other payment arrangements can be made (Check, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Traveler's) or you may make small payments until order is paid.  Half of the purchase price is requested for order to be placed on payments.  Order will be shipped when final payment is made.
• You will receive confirmation notice of payment, and your order. 
• Some alterations and custom orders may not require payment until final approval by you.
• Essential Oils, warming bags and Chakra Dolls are on hand and do not require additional preparation time.  Allow 1 business day for your order of EO and/or accessories to be processed for shipping and 2-3 days shipping time. 
• For custom orders (bears, bunnies, apparel) please allow 7 days from placing your order until it arrives to you for the 48 contiguous states.  Shipments overseas are considerably longer - please allow 14-28 days time.  This provides the time required to make the custom orders and shipping time.    
• Orders are not shipped until payment is made in full.  
• Day Dreams will contact you and provide a tracking number when your item is ready for shipment.

Shipping     * US Postal rates have increased as of January 27, 2013. 

The cost and method of shipping is as important as the quality craftsmanship of your handmade item. All items are packaged with care and use of recyclable materials when they are available. The averaged base cost of shipping for USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate (1-3 days) is $12.35 and higher, up to 70 lbs.  Express Mail (rush orders only) are averaged at $18.95 up to 70 lbs.  Due to the increased shipping costs for everyone, most shipping will be through USPS Priority Mail at an average cost of $5.85 - $7.95 per order.  Orders of more than one item will be processed by wieght and size of box.  

• All items are shipped USPS by default.  Please note, UPS shipping will increase your cost. 
• Day Dreams has no control over shipping times; however, we will accommodate you much as possible with rush orders. Rush orders are priced at a substantially increased rate by shipping company. 
• We track our orders for delivery to assure they arrive on time and excellent condition. 
  
• Day Dreams insures all packages with carriers for replacement cost.  If a shipment is verified as lost or damaged, your item will be replaced as soon as possible or your purchase refunded.
• Most shipping times are 2-5 days to arrive to you, excluding Sundays and holidays.   

Cancelling or Changing Orders  

Please notify by email immediately if you are cancelling or changing an order.  While it is possible to change an order, there are times when an item has already shipped.  If an item has been shipped, we will work with you to make arrangements for return of the items you ordered. 


Refunds 

Time to time something may go wrong, not fit quite right or not be the exact color you anticipated.  Day Dreams fully understands these situations.  Our policy is: Refunds or in store credit are provided on all purchases EXCEPT patterns, alterations and custom orders within 10 days of purchase.  In the event you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact Day Dreams by email to make arrangements for a refund or exchange of an item of equal value (in store credit).
